Calendula Salve
This is a beautifully gentle salve with powerful compounds called flavonoids. These compounds are anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombogenic, anti-cancer, and have neuroprotective properties It’s been used to treat skin conditions (like eczema), heal wounds, diaper rash, diminish scars, and as a natural yeast infection protocol. I grow calendula here on our homestead each year. I collect the petals and carefully craft this wonderful salve in small batches.
