Freeze Dried Eggs are a staple in our home! Our flock is raised on an organic soy-free blend. They love to scratch around in the woods and are also fed all of our organic table scraps. These are some healthy girls!
Farm eggs contain more protein and nutrients than store bought eggs.
Freeze drying allows this product to remain shelf stable for 15+ years.
Upon purchase you will receive a Mylar pouch filled with 1 dozen of our freeze dried eggs. To reconstitute: Mix 3 tablespoons of warm water into 2 tablespoons of egg powder. Allow to set for 10 min. Use in place of 1 egg in recipes.
